Device preferences and cookies

Language, theme, animation settings, saved experiences, route journal and isolated sample review workspaces use browser local storage. They remain on this device until you change or clear them. Cookie choices expire after 180 days. No optional analytics or advertising tracking is installed. Essential signed-in session cookies expire at browser close, with one hour of inactivity ending server authentication.

Waiting list and optional offers

Registration stores your name, email, optional country, language, selected interests and dated consent in the organiser’s protected hosting database. It is free, does not reserve admission and does not guarantee early access or prizes. Optional offers require a separate unchecked opt-in. A private management code lets you withdraw marketing only or remove your registration. Duplicate email submissions cannot change an existing registration. Email sending is awaiting setup.

Security checks and service providers

Hosting is on Bluehost. Our self-hosted ALTCHA security check runs in your browser and is verified on the Skeek server before form submissions are saved. No third-party CAPTCHA account or marketing tracker is used. Payment processing with SkipCash is being prepared; checkout is not open and this site collects no card details. MICEtribe ticketing and inventory arrangements remain pending. ALTCHA ↗

Your saved plan

Favourite experiences are stored only in your browser on this device. Clear them by removing saved items or clearing your browser’s site data. No advertising analytics are installed.

Accounts, samples and enquiries

Where hosting is configured, the service stores account name, email, a password hash, sample booking records and submitted enquiries. Passwords are never stored as plain text. Signed-in users can access only their own booking samples. No payment card data is collected.

Organiser and privacy contact

APQ · Official company website ↗

APQ (Agence Publique Qatar), identified by the organiser as the ticket seller and data controller, publishes its office as Office 222, Floor 22, Marina Twin Towers, Tower B, Lusail, Qatar. Its public website is apq.events. The privacy representative, retention periods, processor locations and transfer arrangements still require confirmation. Request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion via info@skeek.store; response ownership and deadlines remain to be approved. Email verification and payment/provider arrangements also require setup. This review does not replace an approved production privacy notice. Use test data while those decisions are pending.
