Five onsite examples and five proposed arrival, metro and hotel locations. Offsite desks are service deployments, not extra festival venues. Msheireb is the core route area; exact access points and permissions remain to be verified. No GPS positions or staffed operations are invented.
Controlled sample reset & real-operation handover
Reset regenerates only this device’s ten synthetic desk records and linked sample rows. It sends no delete request and cannot touch real server records. Real deployment needs location permission, service hours, trained staff/backup, roles, equipment, contact and reporting owner.

Physical footfall
Footfall comes only from verified physical counts: manual tallies or counter exports. Ticket scans, desk check-ins, sales samples and website visits are never counted here.

Readiness, dependencies and responsibility
Assign a named lead and backup, set the due date, track dependencies and blockers in each record, and attach weekly evidence through comments. Review shifts and crew quantities by venue; use synthetic role labels only.
